Meet Sharon Laffan, Owner and Managing Director

Sharon has worked for Living Edge Interiors for more than 10 years, over which time she has help shape the development and growth of what is today the largest Homestaging business in New Zealand.

Sharon purchased the business in 2014. During her long career with Living Edge Interiors Sharon has developed an enormous network of longstanding relationships with Real Estate agents, developers and business partnerships.

Sharon has been heavily involved in the International and local buying of merchandise for the business, which keeps the product on trend, current and very unique.

Sharon’s passion and focus for the business is to provide outstanding customer service to deliver show homes of excellence keeping Living Edge Interiors as the absolute benchmark in the industry.



Meet Janine King, Sales Manager & Marketing

Janine recently joined the Living Edge team as our Sales Manager after already being part of “the stylish furniture”, having an involvement with us since 2017 while owning and operating her own staging business.   During this time she quickly grasped a sound understanding of the Living Edge X Factor, and what it takes to deliver on our clients’ needs as a leading staging company while cherishing our important new and existing clients and established relationships.

Janine is our communicator, possessing  over 20 years’ experience with a stable of skills across sales, marketing, media strategy and a savvy understanding of all the  facets of the staging process which enables Janine to provide top notch service.   Janine is wired to seek a solution to any challenge to create an emotional ease for our clients staging experience. Her astute business mind, award winning creative flair, and training in design, provides her an intuitive ability to nail what it takes to promote a property with maximum impact and return on investment.

Janine’s ability to connect with people enables her to quickly assess what is needed for each unique property, financially and the style of furniture to offset its architecture and space.

Often being on both sides of a camera whether it’s taking pictures of aspirational spaces or being interviewed in them, her vibrant personality and inspirational career path sees her supporting community involvement at any chance, also being nominated in the 50/50 programme connecting women with a great cause, when she is not at the forefront here.   I particularly love the quote   “Well done is Better than Well Said” by Benjamin Franklin and endeavour to apply that principle in all areas of life.

Meet Becky Neale, Sales Consultant/ Operations Manager

Becky has been with Living Edge since 2007.  Having worked in all areas of the business, gives Becky a firm understanding of the property market and most importantly our client’s needs.

‘Making the process of home staging a positive and rewarding experience for all, is our main focus.  We pride ourselves on our long standing relationships and our reputation in the market place to meet our clients’ needs within a deadline driven industry.

Working and fine tuning our craft and as a team setting the standard for Homestaging is very rewarding.

Some key points that have set Living Edge apart is that the initial quote detailed room by room what needed to stay and go plus what was going to be placed in each area this made it easy for my vendors and gave them peace of mind (as they were still going to be living in the home).
